As mentioned elsewhere, Konrad is a character I didn’t create just for the sake of drawing somebody, I was previously using it in other games. His “home setting” is Space Station 14, where he typically functions as a Command officer, but occasionally has to serve in other positions as well, due to constant staffing issues. Eventually, I started creating versions of the same character in other games as well, thus the following description applies to them all.
